Processing methods and retention

Data is processed by electronic means, with appropriate security measures, on servers located in the European Union. Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and, where applicable, for the periods required by legal obligations; contact data kept for business relationship purposes is retained until consent is withdrawn or erasure is requested.

Recipients of the data

Data may be processed by service providers acting on behalf of the Controller as data processors (e.g. hosting and email providers located in the EU). Data is not disclosed or sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Rights of the data subject

You may at any time exercise the rights provided for in articles 15–22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, as well as withdrawal of any consent given. Requests should be sent to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of your country.

Automated decision-making

The website does not carry out profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal effects on the data subject.

The processing of personal data contained in customers’ CRM instances is not governed by this notice but by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) signed with each customer. The processing of customers’ data as contractual counterparties is described in the Customer privacy notice.
